So if you have a t-shirt design that involves 4-colors for example, we will print out 4 different films for you, burn those images onto the mesh screens and then load the screens, 1 screen per station, onto the machine and your setup is complete. Then each shirt is loaded by hand onto the first station until it passes underneath all screen stations and is unloaded onto the dryer and comes out as a beautiful new creation.
We make use of both manual screen printing machines, in which the actual motion of using a squeegee to pass the ink onto the mesh area of the screen is done by hand, and also automatic screen printing machines, which require only the loading and unloading. There are benefits to both, and we strive to use the best technique for your requirements.
